Judge’s comments: A retro-looking embossed cover that is striking. The spine font is beautiful without being difficult to read. Incorporates school colors well.

2. Nicole Craig and Ali Trepanier

Dracut High School

Judge’s comments: Great use of the school’s anchor/Middies mascot, colors and logo. Logo on the back is classic. Only drawback is spine font.

3. Timothy Raphael and Kaitlyn Gilman

Learning Prep High School

Judge’s comments: Unique cover idea that stands out. Involving the spine in the overall design is a nice touch.

Judge’s comments: Love how the theme of the book is carried onto the front. Love the use of reflective material in lettering.
